How it Works
Getting started with in-home personal training is in fact pretty straightforward:
1. Contact me for a free consultation so I can get to know you and your goals.
2. I’ll help you determine the best number of sessions for your needs.
3. You’ll sign off on a client agreement.
4. We’ll schedule your sessions based on your availability.
In-Home Personal Training Costs
Each (50-minute, non-refundable) personal training session must be prepaid. The more sessions you buy, the less you pay as follows:
1 personal training session: $75
5 personal training sessions: $70 each

$10 discount on my nutrition assessment
10 personal training sessions: $65 each
