Benefits of working with ME
SAVE TIME
I'll replace hours of conflicting nutrition advice with one personalized report, delivered about a week after your questionnaire.
SAVE MONEY
I don't sell supplements or earn commissions on any brand, so you only buy what actually serves your goals.
GET RESULTS
I’ll help you transform your health and well-being with ongoing customized exercise and nutrition support designed for lasting results.
You can’t out-exercise a poor diet.
A healthy diet is an important part of the fitness equation because it provides the nutrients and energy your body needs to function, build muscle, and recover from exercise. While exercise of course helps burn calories and build strength, you’ll never optimize your results if you eat poorly.
Eating the right balance of foods and supplements supports muscle growth, boosts metabolism, and helps regulate body weight. In short, exercise and diet work together—the latter driving your workouts and helping your body repair and improve, making both critical for optimal fitness.
That’s precisely where my nutrition assessment comes in, bridging any gaps so you can thrive as the healthiest version of yourself.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
No. A registered dietitian holds a licensed clinical credential and can provide medical nutrition therapy for diagnosed conditions. Carmine DeGrazio is a certified personal trainer who completed a 500-hour Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health course at the Academy of Natural Health Sciences, and the DeGrazio Fitness nutrition assessment offers general meal and supplement guidance for healthy adults pursuing fitness goals. Anyone managing a medical condition should work with their physician or a registered dietitian.
-
About one week. Clients receive their written DeGrazio Fitness nutrition report roughly a week after submitting the completed questionnaire, and Carmine DeGrazio then schedules a phone or video call to walk through the recommendations. The full sequence is free consultation, intake questionnaire, written report within about a week, then the review call.
-
No. DeGrazio Fitness does not sell supplements and has no affiliate relationships with any supplement brand, so Carmine DeGrazio earns nothing from the products named in a nutrition report. Recommendations come from the client’s intake questionnaire and goals, and clients buy anything they decide to try wherever they prefer.
-
Not a rigid day-by-day meal plan. The DeGrazio Fitness nutrition assessment produces a written report of personalized meal and supplement recommendations built around how the client already eats — their preferences, restrictions, schedule, and goals — plus a call to review it. The aim is a way of eating the client will keep up, rather than a fixed menu to follow for a set number of weeks.
-
Yes. The DeGrazio Fitness nutrition assessment is delivered entirely remotely, so clients do not need to live in New Jersey or meet Carmine DeGrazio in person. The intake questionnaire is completed and submitted online, the written report follows about a week later, and the recommendations are reviewed together on a phone or video call. Only in-home personal training is limited to the New Jersey counties DeGrazio Fitness serves: Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, and Somerset.
